Intrada Brass of Oakville
Intrada Brass of Oakville was formed in 1995 to make recordings, six of which have been released and are now in worldwide circulation, as well as being broadcast frequently in Canada and the U.K. With a flexible instrumentation, the 30-piece ensemble performs primarily as an authentic British-style brass band, with the goal of encouraging the composition and performance of Canadian music for brass and percussion. IBO is a unique blend of professional, semi-professional and amateur musicians from across southern and central Ontario, who devote their time and talent for the joy of making music.

Soaring Strings
This duo violin-violoncello amazes us with their virtuosity and by the original angle by which they present classical music. Joining a stage director, they transcend the usual visual and open an interesting door of accessibility for a younger public, little familiarized to this musical current. Alternating between acoustic and electric instruments, the duo takes part of the first steps of a new current which combines traditions and technologies, thus participating in the progression of their discipline.

Yadong Guan
Both through the exoticism and diversity of her musical repertoire and the artistic finesse of her performance, the Pipa concert offered by this virtuoso brings a special magic to the ear and soul of the listener. As a soloist in the traditional Chinese repertoire or as part of a duet or trio in original compositions or arrangement of classical composers, her
interpretations are sensitive, touching and mpelling. “Loaded with originality and personality - worth discovering.” ~ Le Canada-Francais Management: Danielle Lefebvre, Agence d’artistes

Joe Trio
Joe Trio is not your average piano trio, but that’s the whole point! Trio doesn’t wish to be neatly categorized. Instead they thrive on diversity, versatility and more than a little humour and unpredictability. Their repertoire consists of classics from Haydn to Shostakovich, new works by contemporary composers, and their own arrangements of popular, jazz and rock tunes. “Their playing is first class and their collective sense of humour  indispensable.” -

House of Doc
This hard-hitting, tight four-part vocal ensemble has its roots in a folk tradition with a Canadiana flavour. Their Bluegrass underpinning, Gospel roots and Celtic and Bluesy influences have made them a fan favourite in both festivals and concert halls. Named after their family home, presided over by Grandfather David 'Doc' Schroeder, Ph. D, they weave intricate harmonies, sophisticated counterpoint and a down-home delivery with rich sensitive attention to detail.
