| Exhibitor Requirements & Info: - All Juried and Indie Showcasing Artists must register and pay for at least 1 Exhibitor Delegate Registration, which includes a table in the Contact Room and full-conference access for 1 delegate. Additional full-conference Exhibitor Delegates and Contact-Room-Only Delegates may also be registered with the same organization.

| | - Each Exhibitor position will include one 6-foot skirted table and one chair.
| |
| - A limited number of electrical outlets are available for Exhibitor tables, for an additional $50 fee. These will also be assigned, based on exhibitor registration postmark.

| - Table placement in the Contact Room is determined by the Executive Producer of OC and is based on space availability, and is allocated according to exhibitor registration postmark.
Final table/booth location will be provided to you upon arrival at the conference for booth set-up.

| - The Contact Room will only be unlocked during scheduled Contact times. OC is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
| |
| - Indie Showcases must not be scheduled during any regularly scheduled OC program/activity. If this directive is ignored, the artist and/or representative will forfeit their booth in the Contact Room.
